Public Notice (SIR সংক্রান্ত)

সকল ভোটার ও সাধারণ নাগরিকদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, মাননীয় সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ ও রায় অনুযায়ী বর্তমানে চলমান Special Intensive Revision (SIR) প্রক্রিয়ায় অযথা আতঙ্কিত হওয়ার কোনো কারণ নেই।

যেসব ভোটার নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় নথি জমা দিতে পারবেন না, তাঁদের জন্য সময়সীমা বাড়ানোর ব্যবস্থা রাখা হয়েছে, সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশিকা অনুসারেই।

সকল ভোটার ও সাধারণ জনসাধারণকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, মাননীয় সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ ও রায় অনুযায়ী দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে পরিচালিত Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-এর বিষয়ে নিম্নলিখিত প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশগুলো জারি করা হয়েছে—

১. সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আদেশ ও রায় (Mostari Banu vs Election Commission of India, W.P.(C) No. 1089/2025 এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট মামলা) অনুযায়ী
 নির্বাচন কমিশনকে “logical discrepancy” বা তথ্যগত অসঙ্গতি-র ভিত্তিতে তালিকাভুক্ত ভোটারদের পূর্ণাঙ্গ নাম প্রকাশ করতে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে, যাতে সংশ্লিষ্ট ভোটাররা সহজে নথি জমা দিতে পারে এবং সংশোধনী আবেদন করতে পারে।

২. সুপ্রিম কোর্ট স্পষ্ট করেছেন যে—
 ভোটারদের আধার কার্ড বা অন্যান্য গ্রহণযোগ্য পরিচয়পত্রসহ নথি জমা দেওয়ার সুযোগ থাকতে হবে;
 নথি যাচাই প্রক্রিয়াটি সহজ, স্বচ্ছ ও ভোটার-বান্ধব হতে হবে।

৩. আদালতের নির্দেশে ভোটারদের কাছে কোন নথি গৃহীত হয়েছে বা হয়নি, তার লিখিত রসিদ প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে।

৪. “লজিক্যাল ডিসক্রিপেন্সি” অন্তর্ভুক্তির ক্ষেত্রে নির্বাচনী অফিস/ওয়ার্ড অফিস/গ্রাম-পঞ্চায়েত এর তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হচ্ছে যাতে ভোটাররা নিজ নিজ তথ্যের বিরুদ্ধাচার সম্পর্কে জানার সুযোগ পায়।

৫. নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে নথি জমা দিতে না পারলে কেউ আতঙ্কিত হবেন না।
সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী সময়সীমা বাড়ানোর সুযোগ রাখা হয়েছে, এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে।

৬. ভোটাররা তাদের প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত নথি জমা দিতে পারবেন, এবং “Authority Letter” প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক হবে।

এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির উদ্দেশ্য হলো জনগণের মধ্যে সঠিক তথ্য সঞ্চার করা এবং অযথা আতঙ্ক প্রতিরোধ করা। সমস্ত প্রক্রিয়া ‌** মাননীয় সুপ্রিম কোর্টের রায়/নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী** বাস্তবায়িত হচ্ছে।

Dear All,

This to inform you all that Option II PSA module will be convert into revamp module after uses of all coupon.

You are requested to Create a Id Under EKYC Module for the Same .Purchase the coupon in Revamp Module from 01/07/2023 after finishing the existing coupon in existing module.

If anyone want to purchase coupon for the last time in Option II can give requisition before 4.00Pm today(30/06/2023), coupon will not be given if requisition given after 4pm today.

The Issue  of  unused  coupons will not  arise in the revamp module.

PSAs  are facilitated for :--

• Acceptance  of  application  through Digital Mode at  PSA level (  Ekyc Application)
• Scanning/auto Cropping of photo-sign   of  application  accepted  at PSA   level..
• Acceptance  of  application  for  PAN-Aadhaar  linking  through bio metric  authentication
  
• Amount  based module instead  of per-coupon  allotment
  
• Identification  of   Sub-PSA  with admin  name.  
  

For Existing  Scanning- PSA :-

•  All PSA  under  Scanning  mode  are  migrated  to  PSA Revamp Module
  
• Revised  login/password  for  revamp  PSA  will be  provided.
  
• Payment Option  for  PAN Coupons in scanning module will be  discontinued  w.e.f  01/07/2023
  
• Scanning- Admin  PSAs  will  be able  to login in the revamp  module  after  completion of distribution of  all coupons  to  sub-PSAs
  
• Scanning Sub-PSAs  will able  to  login in  revamp module  after  exhausting all  coupons available in  their  login
  
• No  Refund  claim  will be  processed  for  the  same
