| 4 | Aadhar No | Enter your Aadhar number. Make sure it is typed correctly, as it is essential for verification. |
| 5 | Shop Address | Provide the complete address of your shop, including street, city, state, and pin code. |
| 6 | Mobile No | Enter your mobile number for communication and notifications related to registration. |
| 7 | Enter a valid email address where you will receive important information. | |
| 8 | Shop Photo | Upload a photo of your shop (PDF, document, or image, max 1MB). |
| 9 | Self-Signed Aadhar Card Copy | Upload a copy of your self-signed Aadhar card (PDF, document, or image, max 1MB). |
| 10 | Self-Signed PAN Card Copy | Upload a copy of your self-signed PAN card (PDF, document, or image, max 1MB). |
| 11 | UTR No | Enter your UTR number. Scan the QR code and send Rs. 300 to get your UTR number. |
